The unbaked, icy variant of Classic Lotus Seed Paste mooncakes with yolk. We use the biggest and dewiest salted egg yolks for an even distribution of taste with every bite - the larger the number of yolks, the larger the size of the mooncake. Single yolk for the discerning, double yolks (pictured) for the passionate, 4 yolks for the intrepid. All that carefully wrapped and shaped by hand in a fine, translucent, chewy Snow-Skin exterior. Suitable for ovo-lacto vegetarians.
It is recommended that our Snow-Skin products be refrigerated and consumed within a week as they are prepared in small batches without the use of food colouring or preservatives. Sold in a box of four.
